Is Your Care Circle a medical or nursing service?
No. We’re a support and coordination service for visits, errands, appointments and updates. Clinical care is always handled by qualified healthcare professionals.
Who can book, and for whom?
Anyone. You don’t need to be a relative. Friends, neighbours, colleagues and relatives can all book for someone they care about, with that person’s consent. Tell us the need and we’ll shape a plan.
What does the basic health check include?
With your agreement, we record readings such as BP, pulse or blood sugar with appropriate devices and share them with you. They are not a diagnosis.
What happens in an emergency?
Our team helps coordinate loved ones, ambulance, hospital or local support. Emergency medical care is given by qualified professionals.
How will I know what happened during a visit?
After each visit you receive a simple summary: what was done, what we observed, what’s pending and any follow-up.
Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?
No. Book On-Demand for a single hospital visit, errand or outing, or choose a monthly plan for regular support.
Will you handle medicines?
We help with pickup, refill reminders and prescription coordination, with your confirmation where required. We don’t prescribe or change medication.
